This change comes in the wake of bolttech’s acquisition of Digital Care in October 2023, effectively integrating the company into the international insurtech group.
Established in 2012, Digital Care has been recognized for its innovative device lifecycle solutions, serving markets in Poland, Asia, Europe, and Africa with a strong emphasis on customer-centric services.
The rebranding initiative is aimed at bolstering bolttech’s footprint in Europe and globally, enhancing its suite of embedded device solutions. Despite the rebranding, Digital Care’s existing services and agreements with partners and customers remain unaffected, ensuring continuity in operations and client relationships.
